Finally, Psquare Breaks Up

Enter Mr. P.....Announces New Manager


One half of the famous Nigerian musical group PSquare, Peter Okoye who has since gone solo with the stage name Mr. P has officially announced the group's break up by introducing his new manager to his fans through a tweet. Mr. P announced that Emem Ema who was of the defunct musical group Kush is now his manager. 

Before now Jude Engee Okoye the elder sibling of the twin brothers had acted as their manager.

The Kush group had the trio of Lara George, TY Bello and Emem Ema. Ema is gifted and has been described as "an all rounder" when it comes to music. According to Mr. P, "my manager is bringing on board her wealth of experience in the industry to help our new project which is the PClassic.

"He took out time to explain why he had to separate from the PSquare. According to him, "this is to put the record straight. I am no more a part of PSquare. We need to break up to save our family ties which is also important. It is not only about the music and business interests. We have to consider our relationship too which is key. It will be affected if we remain together. It is time to move to greater things."
