Awkward! Mary J. Blige’s estranged hubby ask court to make her pay his rents

America’s ‘Queen of soul’, Mary J. Blige’s alienated husband, Martin ‘Kendu’ Isaacs, has filed a suit requesting that the court make his wife pay his rents for him, reports.
Isaacs who also claims that he “has experienced physical manifestations of stress and emotional distress” from the case “which has caused him to become hospitalized,” due to the ongoing divorce process, had said that following his marital travails he has not been able to pay his rents, without assistance from Blige, insisting he has now become “unemployable”.
He currently receives $30,000 from Blige each month and wants a judge to award him an additional $35,000.
Blige accused him of spending at least $420,000 on his new girlfriend in April 2017.
The former couple is set to go to trial in March.
Blige and her former manager tied the knot in 2003, but she filed for divorce in July 2016. Her most recent album addresses their split, while the 46-year-old already went after Isaac’s alleged affair with her protégé Starshell in her “Strength of a Woman” documentary.
“All these years have come to this, like you didn’t even pick me, you picked somebody else,” she said. “That s–t is humiliating. It hurt real bad. But … they got beds, we gotta lay in it.And just so we’re clear … Do not let her anywhere near what you’re doing for me, because she’s the reason for all of this s–t. That’s my Becky with the good hair!”
