United to Steal Sanchez deal

Manchester United are reportedly ready to hijack Manchester City's reported move for Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez.
Citizens, the current league leaders have been heavily linked with a move for the wantaway Chile star, which reports say is a done deal this January.

However, it is now claimed the Red Devils, who are sitting second in the table, are showing a keen interest in the 29-year-old and they are plotting to snatch the forward from under City's noses. Portuguese manager Jose Mourinho is ready to offer a player-plus-cash deal which would see Armenian midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Sanchez move in opposite directions. There has been no confirmation from either Manchester club about the reported offers whilst Arsenal, who are still hopeful of agreeing a new deal with the Chilean, have also declined to comment.
