Woman stabs husband to death for denying her sex

The Police in Uganda have arrested a 24-year-old woma, Harriet Nambi, who allegedly stabbed her husband to death for refusing to sleep with her, MPASHO reports.
Nmabi, a resident of Nakiyanja Village in Kaliro Town Council who killed her husband Musa Batera, 25, who was said to be careful not to hurt her while having sex with her, because she had delivered a baby boy through caesarean section just two months ago.
Batera, though very young was a polygamist with three wives, with Nambi is a primary school teacher in Kaliro Town, being one of them.
A neighbour who witnessed the whole affair called Hasifa Babirye, said:
“She told me that her husband was denying her sex yet she needed it. I asked her to wait since she had just been operated upon but she was obsessed. I tried to ask her to give it time but she said she was going to harm him and when the husband returned, she stabbed him.”

Witnesses said that the deceased was lured into her house where a heated argument ensued, eventually stabbing him. The Kaliro District police boss, Joseph Kihamba, confirmed the incident and said that Nambi had been arrested and is going to be charged with murder.
