Tragic! Hair-stylist stabbed to death by client over N6K bill

A 23-year-old SA hairdresser, Mnyakazi Mangwende, popular for his amazing work with dreadlocks, has been stabbed to death by a customer who didn’t want to pay the amount he had requested for the service rendered Daily Sun reports.
According to eyewitnesses, the assailant was said to have stabbed himself as well, perhaps out of shock that he had just killed someone.
Report holds that while the paramedics declared the stylist dead on arrival, the attacker, who was rushed to a hospital was still conscious.
The shocking incident happened on busy Pretoria Street in Kempton Park, Ekurhuleni, over the weekend.
An eyewitness account revealed that trouble began after the customer refused to pay Mnyakazi R200 (about N6,000) who had worked tirelessly for several hours on his dreads.
A fight ensued and while it lasted, the client pulled out and stabbed Mnyakazi.
Realising what he had done, the customer turned the knife at himself, stabbing himself in the stomach in apparent suicide.
Kempton Park police spokesman Captain Jethro Mtshali said: “We can confirm that an incident took place after an argument between the victim and suspect.
“A case of murder has been opened with the Kempton Park police and the matter is being investigated.”

Captain Mtshali said the cops were keeping an eye on the suspect.
