Police nab tourist for stealing N1.8 Billion worth of jewellery

The Police in Hong Kong have confirmed they have in their custody a tourist who alongside two other men who are still at large for snatching goods worth about 40 million Hong Kong dollars (about N1,836,000,000) jewelry shop on Monday morning.
The suspects were said to have shattered with hammer the window of a jewellery shop in the Central district and removed some diamond jewellery quickly, said Sin Kwok-ming, chief inspector of Police Regional Crime Unit, Crime Hong Kong Island.
Sin told China Daily that one man was arrested at the scene and most of the stolen items were recovered from him.
The other men, said to be in their 30s, fled the scene towards Lan Kwai Fong after the first was apprehended.
