Politician slumps, dies during lunch at a restaurant

An ex-Council boss, Barrister Tajudeen Jaiye Alabi on Tuesday collapsed and died while having lunch at an eatery in the Mushin area of Lagos.
The erstwhile Executive Secretary of Ejigbo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), according to reports may have died of cardiac arrest.
After, he slumped, the deceased who was also a Past President of Rotary Club of Ewu Tuntun, District 9110, was immediately rushed to the Isolo General Hospital, but was declared dead on arrival.
He has since been buried according to Islamic rites.
According to his brother, he was in good spirits and showed no sign of ill health yesterday morning when he set out for the day’s activity after dropping off his son in his school. “I am still in shock.
