Breaking: Real Madrid say Spain's Coach Lopetegui to take over as club’s manager After World Cup

Real Madrid have officially announced that Spain coach Julen Lopetegui will succeed Zinedine Zidane as manager following the World Cup’s conclusion.
Real Madrid were left in something of a state of shock following the departure of manager Zinedine Zidane after his third consecutive Champions League title victory.
Managerless, many high-profile names were in the rumour mill for a spot at the Santiago Bernabeu but now, it has been revealed that Spain coach Julen Lopetegui will take the reins following the conclusion of this summer’s World Cup.
Lopetegui joined up with the Spanish camp following the retirement of Vicente del Bosque and in his two years at the helm, enjoyed a 70% win rate.
With many pegging Spain as one of the favourites heading into this summer’s tournament in Russia, the man who will attempt to lead Madrid to their fourth successive Champions League trophy will have one opportunity to win big for his home-country in what will be his first major international tournament.
